Hi there! Welcome to my journey.
It took 30 years for me to realise that modern medicine had no answers for my health issues. What is one to do when you have no answers? Honestly, I had no idea, I mean who really does. We go through life expecting everything that is set out by the government or health body to be gospel. Or that worst case they'll have a drug or treatment for you that will magically “fix” everything. The problem is that a lot of us aren't taught to question anything, so we just go along with anything we are told. Well at some point when things aren't working you really need to take control and look at things from another perspective.
I've decided to put my story out there to inspire others to take their health into their own hands. As humans we need to push the boundaries of the social norms, instead of blindly following. You need to be confident in what you eat and question why you eat what you do. Everyone has an opinion and an N=1 when it comes to their own experiences. Something that works for you may not work for the next person. We are all unique and we and should treat ourselves as such.
Now this is just one man’s opinion but next time you see the governments healthy eating guidelines remember that they are based on heavily influenced science. Why you ask? So, all these big pharmaceuticals, grocery chains and the governments can continue to line their pockets at the expense of our health. There is a reason it's nicknamed “sick care” instead of “health care”. Rather than take my word for it a great book on the subject is “The Big Fat Surprise” by Nina Teicholz. It will blow your mind.

If that's a LCHF, Keto, Paleo, Vegetarian or Vegan option that's great! At the end of the day you are in charge of your own health. Even though the world would have you think otherwise. Take charge and the results will follow!
